Building Antennas
THE BUILDING PROCESS
This is how a quality CNC machined long lasting antenna is manufactured. Starting at the top “see photo right side” a Delrin lower coil support with .750 inch of oil lite bronze for a nut, 3/8 inch Stainless threaded rod, threaded clamping collar, bearing housing with two double sealed ball bearings, threaded clamping collar, magnet support ring/motor coupling, Delrin motor support housing and finally the Industrial grade Pittman motor.
We use only the finest materials in our antennas. Our customers are amazed at the machining and how well they are built. Our antennas cost more to manufacture than the other guys, but we know our antennas will be around for many years to come.
We are the only Antenna manufacture that will show the public the inside build of our Antennas, we have many requests for the inside the antenna view. Quality built Inside and Out!
